It's taco Tuesday! I decided to make shrimp and chicken tacos for taco night night at home. This recipe also includes an easy homemade salsa that you have to try. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
Mix all the ingredients together and marinade the shrimp for 30 minutes. Cook the shrimp on an indoor grill until pink and serve.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound of marinaded chicken thighs or breast (I usually get the marinaded chicken from a Mexican grocery store)
Cook the chicken on an indoor grill until nicely browned on both sides. Take a scissor and cute the pieces into cubes and cook until chicken is no longer pink.

Ingredients:
3 Roma tomatoes, halved
Half an onion, roughly chopped
1 Serrano chili, halved
1 garlic clove
2 tomatillos, halved
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Half a bunch of cilantro
Juice of half a lime
Salt
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix to desired consistency and serve. You can remove the seeds from the Serrano chili to decrease the heat.
