Breakfast at Aunt Fannie's Restaurant, Ocala FL

While visiting family in Ocala, Florida, I had got to enjoy breakfast at a local's favorite: Aunt Fannie's Restaurant. We walked in at 10 am on a Monday and the place was full, always a good sign. I ordered the highly recommended corned beef hash which came with two eggs, hash browns and toast all for under $7. 

The corned beef and potatoes were diced into small pieces and just the right ratio of beef and potato. The hash browns were crispy on the outside and lightly seasoned with salt. After polishing off the plate, I felt like I had enough fuel to work on the family farm all day. If you find yourself driving through this part of town and in need of a hearty breakfast, stop in at Aunt Fannie's and get the corned beef hash, you will not regret it. The diner is open 24 hours and serves breakfast all day. Can't beat that!
