The three course lunch special for £21.75 offered multiple choices for each course.
Duck liver pateThe pate was served with toast and salad. Quite a large serving for being an appetizer and certainly could have been shared by two people. However, I happily devoured the entire plate.
This was the epitome of a plate of meat and potatoes. The lamb was tender and well seasoned and the potatoes were crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside. A mint sauce was served with the dish, but it certainly didn't need it.
Butter bread pudding
This was a generous serving of deliciously warm and gooey pudding. Perfect with a cup of coffee or tea.
Tip: Kensington Palace is walking distance from Maggie Jones's and makes for a nice post meal stroll.
